Additional delivery charges will occur for 2nd floor or higher delivery locations, excessive distance for loading and unloading trucks, and after-hours delivery and pickup. Delivery fees quoted may change after site inspection.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes to your rental order, depending on availability and timing. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any adjustments.

  • To ensure availability of all services and products, deposits are non-refundable. You may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule, but the following cancellation fees will apply, subject to any category-specific cancellation policies:

    • 45 days prior: No cancellation fee

    • 30 days prior: 50% of contract total

    Days prior refers to the number of days before the earliest delivery/pickup/setup/arrival time.
